What material is the ring made of and is it waterproof?
The ring is made of high-quality stainless steel and is waterproof up to 50 meters depth.
Which app does the Focus S1 smart ring work with?
Our Smart ring works with the personalized Q-ring app.
How can I optimally track my data?
There are a number of things important to obtain accurate data: •⁠ ⁠Make sure the ring is fully charged •⁠ ⁠Wear the ring on your index or ring finger •⁠ ⁠Wear the ring with the sensors on the inside •⁠ ⁠Update the latest version of the Q-ring app •⁠ ⁠Download the latest software in the Q-ring menu When all this is applied, the data is accurate.
Where can I find my track & trace?
'When the delivery service picks up your package from us, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.'
What should I do if my package has not been delivered while it is showing as delivered on the track & trace?
"First, take a good look around the house and at the neighbors. Wait another 2 working days to see if the package shows up; if it does not, please contact us."
